Load Rating Guidance To determine the appropriate roller for your door, first calculate the approximate weight of your door (especially important for heavy framed or glass doors):
Formula for framed heavy glass doors: Height (m) × Width (m) × 10 + 4 = load in kg
Example: Door size: 2.26 m high × 0.914 m wide 2.26 × 0.914 × 10 + 4 = 24.7 kg
In this case, two 30 kg-rated rollers would be recommended (one at each end of the door).
