Stanley part 2012X-IL and Ikea Pax
The metal chassis can be modified to replace Stanley part 2012X-IL wheel assembly and Ikea Pax wheel assembly fitted to MDF or chipboard doors. 

Improved bearings, clip and housing
The upgrade includes improved lubricated sealed bearings, an anti-jump clip and heavier-duty plastic housing. Upgraded wardrobe door wheels.

Load rating calculation
To identify the load rating of the roller you require, calculate your door's weight (load).
This formula will calculate the approximate weight of a framed heavy glass door:
Formula: Height x width x 10, + 4 = load/kg.

For example,
The door is 2.260m high x .914m wide
2.26m x .914m x 10 + 4 = 24.7kg  (2 @ 30kg rollers required)
